However, I strongly discourage waiting until the last minute. Last minute people are playing with fire, and playing with fire isnt cool. Things happen. For example, you might get a validation error or something similar, its 11:58 so youre stressing out trying to fix it and then bam youre out of time. No good. It is perfectly fine if, through no fault of your own, your school forms (e.g. teacher recommendations, secondary school report, transcript) come in after the January 1 deadline. Were understanding and flexible with your teachers and counselors because we know they are super busy. We are less flexible with applicants because we assume youre on top of this. January is the last testing date that can be seen by the Admissions Committee (February will not be seen). If you will be taking the January test, you obviously dont have the scores yet to write down in your application. Thats fine.
